When will the request reach me?

Depends on the chosen shipping company and the delivery manager, we provide a group of shipping managers based in major cities, it usually takes 2-5 days for the order to be confirmed.

 

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver inside Canada. However, you can request a delivery outside the country with the store team via email by providing us with the necessary informations and rates.

 

In case of manufacturing defect of the product?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange. In the event of a defect on the product, it has been agreed to return. The shipping value of the company is calculated.

 

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders and there is a discount of between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact us page and inquire about quantities.
